Experience
- Review effectiveness of organization strategic and implementation plans.
- Assist organizations to analyze strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats (SWOT).
- Work with organizations to establish strategic vision, mission, goals, objectives, strategies, performance measures and targets.
- Facilitate collaborative planning process to capture participants’ ideas, develop comprehensive plans and obtain participant and external buy-in for implementation.
Accomplishments
- Leading project to develop WV Community and Technical College System 2010-2015 master plan.
- Facilitating development of state energy sector partnership and green energy jobs plan for WorkForce West Virginia.
- Worked with legislators and staff to create WV higher education accountability system, including master planning, compact development and reporting processes, as well as develop higher education goals and objectives.
- Served on WV Higher Education Policy Commission master plan task force and implementation committees and institutional compact review committee.
